Does anyone have a new way to fix this? Jimzgoldfinch method is not working. There was another post about iTunes Match causing an issue, but I'm not subscribed to iTunes Match. The Audible books again did not show up in my audiobook library.

Click Save Settings then you can go to download your favorite titles from Audible. Click General Settings and place a checkmark next to the option iTunes will launch automatically. I've found that iTunes no longer allows Audible files to be added to the iTunes library. The fastest way to do this is probably to first sort by Kind, then click on the first.
